EX3D

Terms of use

End-user licence agreement · version 2026-10-12 · FE3O4 S.A.S. (EX3D) · NIT 901.004.672-6 · Calle 72 # 9-55, Bogotá D.C., Colombia

EX3D Studio and www.ex3d.com are provided by FE3O4 S.A.S. ("we"). These terms apply when you use them. By using them you accept these terms. If you use EX3D for an organisation, you accept them for it.

1. Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use EX3D Studio in your browser, for personal or professional work, under these terms. EX3D, its code, design and built-in content remain ours (or our licensors'). You may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, decompile or scrape the software, or try to get around its limits or security, except where the law allows it despite this clause.

2. Beta

EX3D is in active development (beta). Features change, may break or be removed, and the service may be interrupted. Keep your own copies of important work (File › Export / Download). We do our best to keep your projects safe, but we cannot promise the service will be free of errors.

3. Your content

Your projects, drawings, models, images and renders stay yours. You let us store, copy and process them only to run the service for you (saving, showing, rendering, sharing with the people you choose). If you publish something as public, everyone can see it and make their own copy in their browser. You confirm you have the rights to what you upload (models, textures, images) and that it breaks no law.

4. Public showcase rooms and chat

In public rooms: be respectful; no harassment, hate, sexual content, spam or advertising, no personal data of others. Messages are moderated automatically and may be reported; we may mute or remove anyone and turn chat off at any time. Chat is not stored and disappears after 5 minutes — do not share anything you would not say in a public place.

5. Accounts

Keep your sign-in private; you are responsible for what is done with it. Tell us at once if you think it was misused. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

6. Third-party services and content

Some built-in materials, models and textures come from others under their licences (many CC0); the AI assistant uses the provider and key you choose, under that provider's terms and prices; embedded videos follow their sites' rules. We are not responsible for third-party services.

7. Contributions ("Buy me a coffee")

A contribution is a voluntary payment to FE3O4 S.A.S. to support the development of EX3D. It is not a charitable donation, buys no product, licence or service and creates no obligation for us; it is processed by the platform you use, under its terms. Because nothing is sold, contributions are not refunded, except where the law or that platform's rules require it — if you sent one by mistake, write to [email protected].

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (zero for free use). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example for intent, gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer).

9. Ending

You can stop using EX3D at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken, or close the service with reasonable notice.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version date above changes and important changes are announced in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, and the courts of Bogotá D.C. decide any dispute — without taking away the protection consumers have under the law of the country where they live (in Colombia, the Estatuto del Consumidor, Ley 1480 de 2011).
