EX3D

Cookies and storage

Version 2026-10-12

In short: EX3D sets no advertising and no tracking cookies. Your browser keeps what the app needs to work — your settings, your offline work, your sign-in. Usage statistics are optional and only for signed-in accounts.

Your choice now: …

Strictly necessary (always on)

These are kept in your browser's own storage (localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB), not sent to anyone, and the app does not work without them. They need no consent under EU rules.

Anonymous visit counting (no cookie)

Each visit to www.ex3d.com and to a public showcase counts once: the page, your time zone, language, device type, browser and the site that sent you. Nothing is written to your device and nothing identifies you (no cookie, no ID, no IP address kept), so it needs no consent — and nothing is sent at all if your browser asks for Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Details in the privacy policy.

Optional: usage statistics

Only for signed-in accounts and only if you allow it: how long the app is used, which tools and features, renders and exports (kind and duration), errors. Never the content of your projects. It helps us decide what to improve. Without your OK nothing of it is sent.

Third parties

No advertising networks, no social media trackers. The website (not the app's projects) also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you. Embedded videos (YouTube, Vimeo) placed by a project's author load only when you press play on them, and then follow those services' own rules.
