• EX3D® WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY


    EX3D® eyewear is for use with passive 3D technology systems, including RealD® and MasterImage™. They are not for use with IMAX®, DOLBY® or any active 3D technology systems. EX3D® is an excellent solution to those viewing passive 3D movies, gaming and television.


    WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON YOUR GLASSES?

    MEI 3D, LLC ("MEI 3D") provides a limited warranty for EX3D® eyewear against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. If a defect exists, MEI 3D will either repair the product at no cost or exchange the product. This warranty does not apply to normal wear or damage from misuse, abuse or alteration.


    WARRANTY REPAIRS

    For all warranty repairs, please download the EX3D® Eyewear Repair Form or email EX3D@ex3d.com to request a copy. Please include the completed form, as well as a $10 USD check or money order for shipping and handling inside your package. We will repair your original eyewear provided that the Repair Form is received, the $10 shipping and handling fee is included, and your name on the outside of the package. You must include proof of purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item to Marchon3D.

    REFUNDS:

    If you purchased your product through our on-line store and wish to receive a prompt refund of your purchase price, please email EX3D@ex3d.com or call 858-259-3409 to receive an RA# from customer service. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the purchase with receipt. Product must be returned in original packaging. This policy does not apply to normal wear or damage from misuse, abuse or alterations. Original shipping charges will be refunded only is an incorrect item was sent, or if the product is found to be defective.

    The return authorization number can be obtained by calling or by sending a request email to EX3D@ex3d.com. The authorization number is issued upon completion of the EX3D® Return Form (download form here). Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item to Marchon3D. All returns should be shipped in complete original packaging to:

    If you purchased the product through a retail partner then please return to the original place of purchase and follow that store's policy. If you purchased through a self-service kiosk please email EX3D@ex3d.com or call 858-259-3409.


    EXCHANGES:

    To process an exchange, please email EX3D@ex3d.com or call 858-259-3409 to receive an RA# from customer service.

    Include the completed form inside your package, and ensure that your name and RA number are visible on the outside of the package. There is a $10.00 USD shipping and handling fee for all exchanges; please include a $10.00 check or money order within your package. We will exchange your original eyewear provided that it is returned within 30 days from the shipping date in complete original packaging, is in new condition, the Exchange form is received, proof of purchase is included, your name and RA number are visible on the outside of the package, and any difference in price is paid for (if applicable). MEI 3D will issue a refund for any difference in price upon exchange to a lower priced style. Customer is responsible for shipping costs; new eyewear will be shipped within 3 business days from receipt of the exchanged item, provided that it is available in stock.

    **International customers who request an exchange are responsible for a $25.00 shipping and handling fee along with the other requirements listed above.
